Transforming your home should feel exciting, not overwhelming. My process is designed to give you clarity from the very first consult and support all the way through to completion. Whether it’s one room or a full renovation, I make every stage seamless, collaborative, and stress-free.

Initial Consult

Every project starts with a one-on-one consult. For up to 90 minutes, I’ll visit your home (or meet virtually) to discuss your vision, needs, and style. This session includes:

  • A walk-through of your space

  • Guidance on design choices, layouts, and finishes

  • Honest, practical advice tailored to your budget and goals

  • A clear outline of next steps for your project

This consult gives you clarity, confidence, and a plan to move forward—whether you continue with my coordination services or simply use the advice as a standalone guide.

2. Design Direction

  • If you’d like to move forward, I’ll create a design direction that turns your ideas into a cohesive vision. This stage is about giving you something tangible to visualise and feel excited about.

    It often includes:

    • Mood boards that capture style, tone, and atmosphere

    • Product and finish recommendations (tiles, tapware, cabinetry, lighting, etc.)

    • Colour palettes that bring harmony to your space

    • Layout suggestions to improve flow and functionality

    Think of this as your design foundation, it’s where we refine ideas and make sure everything feels “right” before involving trades or suppliers.

3. Coordination & Team

This is where I take the stress off your shoulders. With years of experience working alongside trusted trades and suppliers, I’ll pull together the right team for your project.

That means:

  • Recommending builders, painters, landscapers, and cabinet makers I trust

  • Aligning schedules so everyone works efficiently and in the right order

  • Acting as your single point of contact, so you don’t have to juggle multiple conversations

  • Keeping communication clear between you, me, and the trades

The goal here is simple: you don’t just get a great design - you get a project that runs smoothly, with the right people in the right place at the right time.

4. Project Support

Even the best design won’t shine without proper follow-through. I stay by your side as the project takes shape, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

    • Checking in with trades to keep work on track

    • Troubleshooting small issues before they become big ones

    • Guiding decisions when unexpected options or challenges arise

    • Making sure the final result stays aligned with the vision we set out together

    By the time your project is complete, you’ll have a space that feels effortless and fully yours—without the stress of managing it all yourself.
